How do I create an account?Tap "Get Started" on the welcome screen. You can sign up with your email and a password, or use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google for a faster setup. During onboarding you will also provide your name, age, and education stage. To sign back in later, just use the same method you signed up with.I forgot my password. How do I reset it?No worries! On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset email with instructions to create a new password.Can I change my name or username?Yes! Head to Settings > Profile to update your display name or username.How do I delete my account?We are sorry to see you go. You can delete your account by going to Settings > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent — once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be deleted.Is my content safe and secure?Absolutely. All information you submit to Flashycards is securely protected following industry-standard best practices. Your study materials remain private by default, and you control which flashcard sets are shared. If you ever need a copy of your data, you can submit a data export request through our support team.How do I request a copy of my personal data?Under data-protection laws such as GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. To make a request, send an email to **[email protected]** with the subject line "Data Export Request" and include the email address associated with your account. Our team will process your request and provide your data within 30 days.
