How does Flashycards work?

Flashycards shows you the cards it thinks you need to study the most. We use machine-learning techniques and cognitive-science-backed algorithms to calculate which cards to show you and when. Your mastery score represents how much of a flashcard set we think you know at any given time — it slowly fades over time without study, just like real memory. Studying again boosts the score back up.
